1817 Taproom and Distillery

For more than 200 years, the Clarke family has been growing fruit in the Hudson Valley. Today, we continue that tradition by crafting small-batch spirits, orchard-inspired cocktails, and memorable experiences at the 1817 Taproom & Distillery.

Whether you're stopping by after a day of apple picking, meeting friends for cocktails, or exploring the Hudson Valley, we invite you to visit and experience the fruit of our labor.

At the 1817 Taproom, you'll find family grown fruit, handcrafted spirits, seasonal cocktails, live music and special events and beautiful orchard views.

The cocktail list is built around our three estate spirits — clear apple brandy, aged apple brandy, and cherry liqueur — in classics and originals.

We're open weekends!   Friday, from 4pm to 9pm.  Saturday and Sunday, from 12 noon to 9pm.
