Prospect Hill Orchards is an active working farm located in New York State.

By entering our property, you acknowledge that farm environments contain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Uneven terrain, mud, rocks, and natural obstacles
   
• Farm equipment and vehicles
   
• Weather conditions
   
• Bees, insects, and animals
   
• Agricultural tools and structures
   

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with visiting a working farm.

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children at all times.

All ticket sales are subject to availability and the terms disclosed at checkout.

By purchasing tickets, you agree:

• Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
   
• Tickets may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   
• Service fees charged by third-party ticketing platforms may be non-refundable.
   
• No refunds for no-shows.
   

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel, modify, or reschedule events due to weather, crop conditions, safety concerns, or operational needs.
   
• Limit admissions for safety or capacity reasons.
   

If an event is canceled by us, we may provide a refund, credit, or rescheduled date at our discretion.

Farm operations are subject to weather and agricultural conditions beyond our control.

We are not liable for cancellations, delays, crop shortages, or service interruptions due to:

• Severe weather
   
• Natural disasters
   
• Crop failure
   
• Government restrictions
   
• Acts of God
   
• Equipment failure
   

In such cases, remedies (if any) will be determined at our discretion.

• Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol.
   
• Valid government-issued ID may be required.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
   
• Guests are responsible for their own transportation and safety.
   

Prospect Hill Orchards is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from alcohol consumption.

Teachers, group leaders, and chaperones are responsible for:

• Supervising all participants
   
• Ensuring participants follow farm safety rules
   
• Managing participant behavior
   

We reserve the right to remove individuals or groups that fail to follow safety guidelines.

Private events, including weddings, are subject to separate agreements and contracts.

For private events:

• The event host is responsible for guests’ behavior and safety.
   
• The host may be financially responsible for damages to property.
   
• Additional insurance requirements may apply.
   

All private event terms are governed by the signed event agreement in addition to these Terms.

Dogs may be permitted only if:

• They are leashed at all times.
   
• They are well-behaved and under owner control.
   
• Owners clean up after their pets.
   

We reserve the right to ask guests to remove pets at any time.

Service animals trained to perform specific tasks are permitted in accordance with applicable law.

Guests park at their own risk.

Prospect Hill Orchards is not responsible for:

• Theft
   
• Vehicle damage
   
• Accidents occurring in parking areas
   

Please drive cautiously and follow posted signs.

By entering the property, attending events, or participating in activities, you grant Prospect Hill Orchards permission to photograph and/or record you and your minor children for promotional, marketing, social media, and advertising purposes without compensation.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please notify a staff member upon arrival.

To the fullest extent permitted under New York law, Prospect Hill Orchards shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
   
• Property damage
   
• Losses arising from participation in farm activities
   
• Website errors or interruptions
   

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

All website content — including text, logos, images, graphics, and branding — is the property of Prospect Hill Orchards and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

We may use third-party providers for:

• Payment processing
   
• Ticketing
   
• Email marketing
   
• Website hosting
   

We are not responsible for third-party policies or practices.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within New York State.
